 Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade and has helped me become stronger, more flexible, and fearless both on and off the mat. Practicing yoga has inspired me to live each moment more mindfully. In 2020, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with My Vinyasa Practice. My goal is to help others thrive in life by nurturing their body, mind, and soul through yoga. I hope that when you step off the mat, you feel refreshed, nourished, and balanced. I will always be a student of the practice and am incredibly grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have passed on to me.

My Approach

When it comes to fitness, I believe in maintaining balance and consistency. I recommend setting achievable goals and making progress towards them gradually, rather than pushing yourself too hard and risking burnout.

 

Each workout plan includes strength training, cardio, and stretching. I encourage my clients to always listen to their body's signals and I will adjust the routine accordingly.  In addition, I prioritize rest and recovery, recognizing that taking care of your body outside of the gym is just as important as working hard during exercise.

I recently added pranayama and breathwork to my fitness routine, and it has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. I've found that incorporating these practices into my daily routine has had a positive impact on both my physical and mental well-being. Specifically, I've become more mindful and centered, and have noticed significant improvements in my lung capacity and respiratory health, which has helped me achieve better fitness goals. I highly recommend giving pranayama and breathwork a try, even if you're new to the practice. Start with simple techniques like deep breathing and gradually work your way up to more advanced techniques like alternate nostril breathing.
