NATIONAL WOMEN'S HEALTH AND FITNESS DAY

This event started with a simple question. Since women are natural caregivers, how do we begin to prioritize and celebrate ourselves in a healthy environment? Given that, the month of September is Self Improvement Month and September 26 is National Women’s Health and Fitness Day. Offering a fitness class felt like a no brainer.

Bring your mat, friends, and great energy for a fun circuit and core conditioning class. All levels and ages are welcomed.


Your $20 ticket will include the class, light fare, and giveaways.
