You are 4 steps away from crushing your goals
Goal-setting is huge this time of year. From vision boards to writing out your New Year's resolutions, this is the season of manifesting greatness and breaking old habits. In order to ensure success, an action plan is a crucial part of getting results.
Here's four questions to ask yourself to help define your goal in a concrete way and guides you toward taking the steps to making it a reality.
What's the goal you will like to achieve?
When you set goals for yourself, it is important that they motivate you: this means making sure that they are important to you, and that there is value in achieving them.
Why did I choose this goal?
If you have little interest in the outcome, or they are irrelevant given the larger picture, then the chances of you putting in the work to make them happen are slim.
Motivation is key to achieving goals.
What are the steps I need to take to accomplish my goals?
By breaking down your large goal into smaller steps, you can begin to make meaningful progress toward your larger goal.
How long will it take for me to meet my goals?
Every goal shall have a date, which will help you stay on track. Understanding how long it will take to bring your plans to fruition is part of setting measurable, achievable goals.
